About Us

Summr. is a skin-first active deodorant and functional fragrance brand based in Bangalore, India. We also operate Summr. Labs, an upcoming initiative focused on ingredient research, formulation transparency, and product innovation. References to “Summr.” throughout this document include both the brand and its associated initiatives unless stated otherwise.

Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Summr. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion.

Products

We take great care in describing our products accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are completely accurate, current, or error-free. Colours and textures may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device settings.

Summr. reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product formulations at any time without prior notice.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Summr. reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of checkout.

We accept payments via the methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways. Summr. does not store any payment card information.

Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order; acceptance occurs only upon dispatch.

Orders may be cancelled or modified only before they are dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us at hello@shopsummr.com. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Replacement Policy for post-delivery concerns.

Shipping

Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days depending on your location. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy on this page.

Replacements

We offer replacements on damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery. We do not offer refunds. Please refer to our Replacement Policy for complete details and the process to raise a request.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including the Summr. name, logo, product names, copy, photography, and design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Summr. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

The Summr. Labs name and associated branding are also proprietary. Any unauthorised use will constitute an infringement of our intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Summr. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the purchase of our products. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
