At Summr., every product is made with care and we stand behind the quality of what we create. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

Our Policy

We offer replacements, not refunds. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will send you a new unit at no additional cost, subject to the conditions below.

What We Cover

We offer replacements in the following circumstances:

  • The product arrived damaged or broken
  • The product received is incorrect (wrong variant or item)
  • The product is defective or unusable upon first use

We do not accept returns or offer replacements for change of mind, fragrance preference, or if the product has been used beyond a reasonable first-use assessment.

How to Raise a Replacement Request

To initiate a replacement, please write to us at hello@shopsummr.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging (required for damage or defect claims)

Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

Processing Your Replacement

Once we receive and review your request, we will respond within 2–3 business days. If your replacement is approved, a new unit will be dispatched to you at no additional cost. Replacement shipments follow the same delivery timelines as standard orders (5–10 business days depending on location).

Non-Replaceable Scenarios

Replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Products that have been used extensively
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or negligence
  • Requests made beyond the 48-hour post-delivery window
  • Products purchased during a sale (unless damaged or defective on arrival)

Product Returns

At this time, we do not accept physical returns of used products. In cases where a return is required for a replacement claim, our team will guide you through the process.
